Whether you're a seasoned runner or a complete beginner, our club is here to help you improve both your physical and mental fitness while fostering a sense of belonging.

When We Run
Join us for our weekly runs:
Wednesdays: Midweek motivation to keep you going.
Saturdays: A park run in the Black Country.
